Having now been able to put a few miles on the GS since buying it I have a question regarding the handling. As you push on in the A roads the steering feels very light and turn in very sharp.

Is this normal and I will need to use a different technique or is something else amiss.

I have spoken to the dealership about alignment, but they have assured me that it is OK, however I have used a specialist for my previous cars who is fantastic, but always busy, so getting a slot is difficult especially this time of year. Finally the car is on new michelin pilot sports.

Other than this question I am loving having this car:D

Previous cars have been Porsches, mainly 993's.

Guess you are right in saying that it takes a little while to acclimatise to the differences. Was just worried that it was an alignment problem.
