Lord knows the Aucar China crew has been lambasted on this site for poor service after the sale. Equally so, when they do something right, we should recognize that as well 馃憤

I was having issues with the middle temperature range on my climate control, I couldn't dial anything in. I was either getting AC or heat...nothing in between. I reached out to Emma, in China, through email. She was very responsive and helpful. After a few days she sent me a new unit without me having to send my malfunctioning one back first. I very much appreciated this gesture :love: I received the new unit in 4 days, (DHL).
So here's a big "MaseratiLife" SHOUTOUT to Emma and her team!
