Finally got it yesterday. Two days early. Shipped to my house in North Dallas Metroplex from Cincinnati. I love it. I spent yesterday from 11:30am until 11:00pm, and today from 9:45 until 7:30 Prepping and applying a ceramic coating. (CQuartz UK 3.0) I did it by the book. I even removed the wheels so I could coat the calipers and the inside of the wheels. I can see why the pros charge what they do. It's a ton of work. I hope it lives up to the hype. I also added this Ikon spoiler first thing before I coated. I have not even driven it around the block yet. I have to wait 24hrs. for coating to cure somewhat. Tomorrow evening about 7:30 I will drive for first time. Can't wait, but still not as bad as waiting for three weeks for it to get here.

Wow - that's a 2018 correct? Good for you!!!
Looks great. I really kind of like the front grills better than the 2013-2017 style.
Nice look!!!

On another thread I would be curious if you would post what your final cost was new from the dealer...? I posted my cost on a few threads for people to have reference for new purchases (mine was 2016 bought NEW in July 2017 as a 2016 left over - list was $148,500, but paid $96,500 out the door).

I'm repainting my bumper and thinking about doing a ceramic coating. After completing your first run, would you do it again?

It has been a week and I just washed it for the first time. So far so good. In my opinion the coating is as advertised. It does shed water really well. It is not majic and you still have to spend an hour or so detailing car. The thing I like most is the way bugs don't stick. A couple of times last week I had a few bugs splated on the front. I took a spray bottle filled with bottled water, one spray and a simple light wipe with a carbon fiber and the bug guts just slip right off. Would I do it agan? Not in the next few weeks. I literally spent 20 hrs. on this thing. I did every step by the book. It does look great, but I would pay someone else to do the work. I would have the coating for sure. I just wouldn't do it. Give it another year or so and then I will do it again if my wife gets a new car. The big test will be to see how the CQuartz UK 3.0 performs over the next few years. I am doing my washes with Carpro Reset, and the Carpro Elixir follow up. In three months I will hit it with Reload. One more point! If you tackle this, my advice would be that you take your time and really get into the paint prep. Do all the steps and don't shortcut. My car was straight off the delivery truck and it still had some scuffs and such. The point is my car was brand new and I had it eazy in the paint correction step. Once over with the DA polisher and a finishing polish. If the car is not new, I think this will become two steps. Correction with a more aggressive pad and compound, then do it again with a black pad and finishing polish. The hardest part for me was the wheels which I removed from car and did the calipers as well. The best video I watched in study and prep for this process is as follows. See link:
. Good luck if you take this on and if I can advise let me know.

Here are three. The first two are just after I installed spoiler. The last photo is a few days later after ceramic coating. The spoiler is really nice. It is sold/made by a company called Icon out of California. It looks like stock OEM to me.

Thanks, it looks great. I have same spoiler and wanted to see yours by different angle before I install. So I put mine today and I think it looks pretty good.
