So I came across this car:

what are the things to watch out on the granturismo?
the transmission should be more reliable than the duo-select right?

Is the price good in your opinion?

Really only the pre 2011 had the cam issue. Most 2011 and newer are fine. Odds are that if you get an older one, the issue has been fixed by now as it is a well known problem.
