Hello everyone.
Wishing you a very happy and healthy 2021!
The engine mounts on my 2007 4.2 quattroporte are on their last legs.
Vibration at idle is bad now.
Please could anyone provide guidance / links on how I can do this job myself?

Thank you in advance.

Kevin.

It’s a bitch of a job even with a lift so good luck without. Basically you remove the air intake boot so you can raise the engine, use a block of wood under the oil pan to spread the load, undo the engine mount-to-arm fasteners, raise engine, undo and remove the arms off each side of the crankcase for more room to deal with replacing the mounts on the engine carrier, replace mounts and the rest is reverse of removal.

Hi and thank you for the reply.
I've done the job and the difference to the ride quality and the reduced noise level are awesome!!
