My response is brake related and I've yet to make any brake upgrades, so I'm rolling the dice with this 
Installing an X-pipe. Whilst the Maserati comes with its own sound track that is already far more enjoyable than a wide range of cars, adding an X-pipe has improved the driving experience considerably.
The car arrives like a supercar and that's the case even when you aren't doing a "I've arrived". Such is the rareness of V8s in the UK in comparison to other engines, the masses shouldn't be denied hearing something so magical.
I can only imagine Maserati didn't do this as standard as having a quieter noise doesn't put off the noise seeking folk, but a louder one might for the owners for whom that's not their thing.
