I also have an '02 Spyder. It is not driven daily but when I do take it out it gets driven hard. Not to 30K miles yet and relatively quiet. So I'd think about getting a good mechanic to take it out and get his thoughts. If something's loose then prophylactic care is the way to go.
With the top up, you can get a lot of squeeking where the rear of the top seals against the car body. I lube mine with Loctite "dielectric grease" from the local Pep Boys part store (it's formerly used for distributor cam lobes and goes on clear).
You can also use a silicone spray "rubber lubricant" but it will not last very long.
