Im a little confused on what models have what features. Let me know if im correct on this...

These are US model codes:

05-06 QP = F1 Trans
05-06 QP Sport GT = F1 Trans + Skyhook
07 QP = AUTO
07 QP Sport = F1 (new) + Skyhook
08 QP = AUTO + Skyhook
08 QP S = AUTO (ZF) + Skyhook
08 QP GT S = F1 (newest) + Skyhook


So the regular 2005,2006, and 2007 QP dont have Skyhook suspension right?

from what i understand, in the US:
1) skyhook suspension is standard on all QP all years. it is optional on the 08 QP Sport GTS.
2) 08 QP GT S is not with the F1 (newest) + Skyhook. it comes in automatic only.
3) DS and Auto were available on 3 trims of QP in 2007 when auto was introduced.

There are no 2008 QP DuoSelects in the US.

The point I am not clear on is the difference in the DuoSelects on the QPs from 2005-2007. My understanding is that very little changed (like only the software programming) but the clutch, throw-out bearing, F1 pump, etc. are all the same. Problem is that every dealer you call tells you something else.

So, does anyone out there know (with certainty) the actual differences between the 2005-2007 QP F1 trans/clutches??
