Just got my Autel AP2500. Registerd, did all the right things even fought with it with VIN. Used my freebie on Maserati. Bottom line...didn't work. Love to know what Timado did to get things cleared.

I'm assuming these 2 have the same or very similar functionality.

BTW, went to the Autel website to register my product and it is trying to tell me my password is incorr.


Watched a You tube video....fn stupid. They want you to enter the 6 digit code from the about section....which does not exist in there. All it gives you is version, build ID and reg # Seems that they have changed a few protocols..... Typical software in the 21st century.

Yesterday I wasted life on Sonos (I will join a class action here!!!). Worst software FUBAR I have experienced to date. These folks may know zeros and ones but they are still complete idiots!!!

Once plugged in and Bluetooth turned on, LED on top of the dongle turns from green to blue, (connected). Select the HT200 app on my phone. sounds like you have gotten this far.
here are my next steps to reset the wrench. Oil reset/wrench is found under SERVICE.
