serious carb modification

gut your carbs , and attach fuel-injection with a timer kit and a 15 psi fuel pup and yor are almost on the way. clean the air intake pleminum and gut the parts to attach the injectors in the carb bowl put the mass air flow sensor on the air cleaner box , connect you a/c air from the passenger side vent and port it into to air cleaner box... now you have fuel injection with air pressure to get that maserati winding up ....Really look for a Lucas Mechanical fuel injection to fit your car more relaible and no battery draining electronics. pure raw mechanical horse power. If you have webbers it is better to mechanically and electronic. working on getting my 4.9 l v8 quattroporte engine to put out 350 hp on the rear wheels. it is a big mechanical challenge, but I am using what is FREE common-sence, when Maserati was racing the 4.9 l engine in leMans dont you think they did so with advantage.
i have thought about your suggestion, thanks. people have done this in usa before. looks as if we both have 02cc spyders 17000 on mine, working on a top hyd. rod that leaked all fluid and now i have no top function. new rod is 1000.00 can you belive! i am trying to make one now. keep in touch, mitchell. thanks for advice
