Hi,

I take mine to a specialist. Reason for this is mainly labour costs. Also there are very few coupes/spyders around here so its not as if the dealer will be very experienced in them.

I had to repaint one of the rear panels and i did that also to the same specialist.

It's the first time i take the car there but from customer relation services point of view they score 10+. I'm confident their works will be to that standard as well.

Regards,

Marios

Independent for service, body work and interior work. Whatever he does not do personally he subs out to expert. One stop shopping!! Main reasons: cost, service, phone support, trust that only things that really need to be done gets done!

Independent.

He knows me. He knows the car. He loves the car. He doesn't have the markup the dealership has, yet has access to all the parts. It's the difference between sending your child to an HMO and taking them to the family doctor. Care is a noun.

I have heard right from an employee of a certain dealer that if you did not buy your Maserati/Ferrari from them, new or used that you would be put at the "end of the line" as far as servicing your car. He even went as far as saying they would not offer you a loaner car!!!
Couple this with the outlandish labor costs, and it nearly forces some to go elsewhere.
