I was wondering my neighbor just bought a 05 GS Spyder and likes it but no Vintage package. Can the vents be bought aftermarket? are they just stick on 3m?

No actually the side vents are real. My 05 spyder has the vintage package. I was surprised that Maserati did not include the side vents with the GS.

Look for the vents under the "V8" symbol, right behind the front wheel:

has anyone swapped from a standard to a vintage grille on an 05 coupe? how difficult is it? what parts do you need?

unless you drill a hole, you probably need to buy the side..
