An issue with a rear driver-side door on Quattroporte

Dear Friends,
I have the following issue with a rear driver-side door on Quattroporte 2006: I can open it from outside, but can't open from inside. The rest 3 doors work fine. What can be an issue and how much the repair may cost?

Child safety lock-out perhaps?

The most common problem is the cable that attaches to the inside door handle has a weak support block. This is a plastic part that holds the outside of the release cable.
