Maybe you dealt directly with iForge and me not doing so may have been my mistake.
I'm just hoping one of the two get my message and do something to solve it... iForge's phone recording says they are at the SEMA show which by the way ended sometime ago.
IForged can be difficult to deal with and they do make mistakes, their customer service is not a 10. They do not like dealing with the public directly either from our experience, they prefer to work with the dealer. They do however produce a phenomenal wheel for an unbeatable price. The trick is to order them from a source that knows your car
and the people that run the company in order to make the calls necessary to take care of problems when they arise. You shouldn't have to be calling the company directly to get a resolution.
We ordered several sets from IForged weeks
after you mentioned that you had ordered yours. We do have one set installed and another set is a day or 2 away and we did have to send these sets back to them as they had made some mistakes on the offsets. We did get them to correct the issues and now have the correct specifications for the Maserati and can simply order them this way to ensure that they don't make that mistake again in the future for our customers.
If you can't get a resolution sometime soon, let us know and we'll attempt to contact IForged to help figure out what's going on with your wheels.
