Hi Everyone,
Just sold my Ferrari (4th) and bought a 2002 Maser Spyder GT . . . I love it!
I lowered it and built a custom exhaust for her . . . sounds fantastic! Now I'm just waiting for some warm sunny days to cruise the North Georgia mountains.

Welcome to the site, glad to have you here. Let us know how that drive works out.

Also, what kind of exhaust did you add to the car?
I made my own. After seeing the price of the Tubi and the Stebro I got under the car and took the original resonators off and fabricated a much lighter replacement. The car sounds awsome without setting off any alarms and there is only a small amout of resonance inside at about 2400 rpm. If anyone is interested I'm thinking of having more built from my pattern and selling them for about $500 a pair. There's a picture of it on Ferrarichat under the "Other Italian" section. I have yet to be able to post a picture on this forum. ???

Was ride softer or harder after car was lowered?
Actually it seemed a little softer. This would make sense since you're actually taking some pressure off the springs by lowering the spring cups. It also doesn't seem to have as much body roll . . . still too much (IMHO) but not as much.

Rick . . . .
