3200/4200 headlights

Hi,

Does anybody know if the headlights from a 3200 can be used in a 4200without any modifications?

I need to change both from RHD to LHD and wondered if the 3200 versions
could be an option.

I saw in the parts manual there are 3 versions:
208125 : Not for USA, CDN, GD and J
210570 : Valid for USA and CDN
209679 : Valid for GD and J

Does anybody know the difference between these with respect to headlight adjustments? I'm assuming the first one is for European models and the last
is for RHD (GD = great britain??).
