so I am the owner of an 84 biturbo in need of work, the cars timing belt was removes when the previous owner replaced the water pump. I myself dont know how to set the timing on this car, and help would mean a great deal to me thanks,

The crank timing mark is under the car, only car I have ever seen like this. The cam timing marks should be fairly easy to see. To do the timing belt work, first step, remove the radiator. The radiator is retained with one bolt, designed to be easy to remove.
