Even though it is in the high 40's today the roads are wet with melting snow - so it's too wet to take her out for a drive. In the garage she sits :(

Wise decision ! I don't drive the GT ( or my Porsche for that matter ) in the rain, or otherwise wet roads conditions, not because of concerns with the car's handling ability but because where I live ( in California ) a large majority of people have absolutely no clue how to drive in the rain and the number of accidents on those kind of days just skyrockets ...so the chances of an imbecile sliding into your car before you have the time or space to make an evasive maneuver are way too high to take that risk .. The good news is that in California that strange pehnoenon called " rain " is rare , so I get to enjoy my car a good 350 days out of the year ..

I drove my MC GT the last 2 winters here in Chicago with no issues. Good snow tires is key. (Now I drive my new M3 as my daily). I also occasionally take my Gallardo and F430 out for brief rides during the winter months to stretch out their legs and prevent fluid leaks and to keep things well lubricated. Cars are meant to be driven, not stored for long periods.
