I never figured out the reason or point of this thread. Is it to figure out which model gets driven the most? You would have to calculate mileage per year, because coupes have been made and sold for more years than GS, so coupes will have more miles by nature.

And why were Spyders excluded? I'm guessing because they tend to get driven less if weather conditions don't permit the top to be down? It looks like spyder owners posted anyway?

Umm, I don't think there is "a point" to the thread. It's just a curiosity. I think the only conclusion anyone could draw from the posts is that there are some cars out there with xxxx miles on them.
Anecdotal evidence is nothing more than evidence of anecdotes.:deal:

My MCV just turned 128k miles.
This is the main reason for the thread at least in imo, proof that these cars can be driven for many years to come. A good follow up though any major issues in those 128k miles?
I drive the car like I stole it (as soon as the clutch fully engages). I got 19 MPG once and told myself I would never do it again. I have not managed to get less than 10 MPG. Honestly it's a car, do the maintenance, fix what breaks, and enjoy it. The car will run forever as long as you have oil and coolant. What I have services I have done:
-Tires
-All fluids changed
-External temperature sensor
-Alternator
-Battery
-Oil pump
-Oil Pressure gauge
-Tires
-F1 relay
-TMU
-Oil changes
-Alignment
-Tires
-Larini decats

I can attest that he really does beat the living daylight out of that car once it is warmed up and the clutch is engaged.

We've had plenty of owners that have 80k+ miles on their Maserati and they are still going strong. There are a few known issues as mentioned but otherwise, stay up on your maintenance and she should hang in there for you!

Best Regards,
