I just bought a 2006 QP Duoselect & it is missing the owners manual (and nav CD, 2nd key, etc.) I can see from eBay where these items go. I'm not willing to pay anyone who stole them to get them back. I've looked at the parts suppliers and Maserati itself trying to buy a copy of the owners manual but I'm not finding anything. Anyone have a PDF of the manual?

1. The trim I have is Executive GT, do you know how to enable/turn on those "famous" rear seat massagers?
2. Opening the trunk from the key chain: I press the trunk button and I hear the sound "zh-zh" but the trunk is still locked. I have no problem opening it from inside the car.
3. Can you tell me the list of tools (or better the picture of them) provided with the car? I have ones on the spare tire and also compressor. I may not have a jack.

Answers:
1) IF you have the rear seat massagers (they were an option--not all cars have them) the on/off buttons are located inside the center arm rest. Pull armrest down, open the lid on top, you should find buttons & knobs for massage, heat, cooling and control to move front passenger seat forward & back.
2) My trunk does the same thing. An adjustment issue--or just the gas shocks getting old. The trunk is too heavy and automatically closes immediately after opening. I had it adjusted and it worked again for a short while then started doing this again. Work around is to manually pull up on the trunk at the same time you hit the release button on the fob.
3) See photos of trunk compartment/tools:
Round expanded foam thing has:
i) lug wrench arm
ii) one lug wrench socket (mine are not orig.--I bought 2 sizes of socket)
iii) jack
Small, cheap case foam case contains:
i) combination slotted/phillips screw driver shaft
ii) handle for screw driver
iii) combination wrenches: 8/10 & 13/17 mm
iv) tow hook
There should be a compressor too but mine was missing. One of the small bags in the "secret" compartment at the bottom contains an aftermarket compressor.
Note: the compact spare in the photos was an option that most cars did NOT have. Most cars just came with a can of leak fix.

Seems I didn't get the Maserati exactly I wanted. This is mine at the dealership I got it from: GoodFellas Auto Group Inc. | Luxury & Exotic Cars.
As you can see they say it is Executive GT. How it is Executive GT if it doesn't have massaging chairs???

I don't think Executive GT--or any of the cars--automatically came with the "rear seat comfort package." My car is a standard model, not Exec GT or Sport, but it was ordered with several options incl. the back seat heat/cool/massage package. It lacks other options--like rear seat TV/DVD & bigger wheels.

Incorrect Manual
Update: Just got a full refund from the online documents seller. Very prompt and cheerful.
I just paid my $10 and downloaded the "2010 Quattroporte" manual, which was actually for a 2008 model, based on the look of the sat/nav/audio system. I've asked for my money back.

Thank you very much for explanation, Frank - that what the dealer who sold us a car said. The comfort package is a separate option even for Executive GT. The Wiki article on Quattroporte Executive GT is what brought the initial confusion.

In my case, it's because I'm looking for a 2010 manual, and yours is for a 2008. For example, most of page 140 is incorrect for my car. As it turns out, the one I paid $10 for is also a (slightly different) 2008 edition, so it's no better, just more expensive.

I have even asked the folks at Maserati Tech Manuals why there isn't a .PDF available for the '05, '06 and '07 Duo-Select cars. All they say is "see your local dealer for a printed copy". LOL! I tell them that I ALREADY have a printed manual! I want a .PDF version I can have on my iPad.
