MC20 Exhaust

So just picked up an MC20 Cielo for cheap.

I've loved the look for this car and do but wondering what the general concensus is on the best exhaust system for this car?

I don't feel obligated to buy one but will consider if I find a great one.

What what is it? I haven't seen a Capristo video which sounds compelling, nor the Novitec. Maybe just the wrong videos?

Um, if I'm searching correctly a place called Bulletproof Automotive sells this exhaust for $16,000 and it's not made out of gold. They also have the carbon fiber kit for $53,000??? Seriously?

On that site both the exhaust and carbon stuff are $1,000 when you put them in your cart. That seems closer to reality but can't be correct?

That is just the deposit.

So their carbon fiber package is $10k more than getting the real thing from Maserati? Shouldn’t aftermarket be like 1/2 the price of original?

There are components in their CF package that you will never get with the Maserati package. Roof scoop, hood vent diffusers ... and frankly ... the front lip and rear diffuser looks far better than the Maserati ones ... in my humble opinion. Have you see photos of some of their completed projects? It's absolutely sick.

Not my thing I guess. I’d rather my MC20 look classy than "sick". That’s the whole appeal of this car vs a lambo or something. Not a fan of a fake roof scoop either.

I'm keeping mine original. Even hesitating to change the exhaust ... but I do think the 7 design CF package is incredible.

I have the Capristo cat back and it definitely improves the sound. It's a relatively inexpensive job to have it installed and the same to put it back to stock. Whole different animal when you start messing with the Cat's.
