Anyone out there with A White Audace Cielo? The only part of my car that I did not install PPF on is the Tonneau/Engine cover, And the more and more I take my car out to a cars and coffee show, and it sits in the sun, I notice that on that cover there are like blotches and streaks of the paint that is real Shinny and not a Satin finish. All over the cover. Seems to be getting worse. All I use is a final whip spray with a soft cloth the clean my car, Same stuff Ive been using for years on my cars. Has anyone experienced this??

Isn't it going to get too hot on the engine cover for PPF?

there is no ppf on the engine cover. Every where else has PPF. Thanks

Ah sorry, I just made an assumption that you were asking if you could fix it by adding the PPF. Yeah, I have a CF engine cover on my TTRS ... it is a PAIN. Even with microfiber, I still get fine scratches. I think a fix would be to use a buffer gently with a polish. But I'm too scared to try.

Yes I took my car to dealer yesterday, And the service Mechanic and head body shop spent time looking at cover, The concluded that it is a factory issue. So now the Maserati rep has to get involved. I hope they dont give me a hard time about covering the cost to re paint the whole cover.

So I will post pictures when I get My car back, So far Maserati corp. Said that they will not cover the cost to fix the problem, There saying natural causes is the reason. Do not know what that means? So I reached out to customer care center, Opened a case, There rep is coming tomorrow to take a look. Go figure, I spend 320k, 10 months old, And they refused the pay for the fix without even taking a look! Bummer!
