Dealer has apparently had them as an option on the QP whoever these specific ones may be aftermarket maybe? I checked on Google and yours look like these.

Now that I look at them it looks like all of the models have the ability to accept a factory courtesy light however your specific design appears to be aftermarket.

It seems it also exists as "genuine accessory" = those are projecting the trident logo only, though. Not the Maserati brand. And they are more expensive than the Aliexpress quote.
