I am thinking about doing brakes due to a lot of dust and noise, the pads look to be adequate still but the rotors have a pretty good Lip on the outer edge. Included the best photos I could get of the front and rear, there’s definitely some pad left. Any thoughts and opinions would be appreciated.

I only change my rotors when I feel vibrations under braking. (not suggesting you do this, info only).
Here's a pic of my front rotor, pretty good lip on it. (somewhere around 140k miles and 1 pad change).
Was still stopping, buttery smooth. If your car comes to a stop without any vibrations, I would just change out the pads.

Yes sir had them on order yesterday. I did do some research. I heard good things about those pads. I’m just going back-and-forth on the rotors. I’ve almost 60,000 miles on them.

Yeah, I think that’s about what mine looks like with the lip. I was also hopeful that the pedal may stiffen up with new rotors. Is it typical for Gran Turismo‘s to have a soft pedal?

Here's my thoughts on rotors. When there is a 2mm lip left on the rotor that means on a new set of 8mm thick pads, the life of the pads ( before warning lamp on) will be cut down 2mm. If the new pads are using the wear indicator it will turn on the warning light at 4mm ( plus add in the addition wear) brake thickness instead of 2mm. So 8-4 = 4mm before warning lamp. That's my calculation, not gospel.

The pedal has always been slightly soft to me, same before and after new rotors in my case. Guess it just depends on what other cars you're used to driving.

I don't use the brake wear sensors, deleted on all my vehicles that have it. Never really need it in my particular case. I'm a pretty astute DIY'er...and my lil bro gets my vehicles when I'm done with them. I don't suggest anyone follow my example, always consult the manufacturer's recommended procedures...yada, yada, yada! :p
When I took off my 'lipped out' rotors, they were still working perfectly fine with zero issues. Pads were fine too, I only changed them because I bought the Top Euro kit and well, new pads came in the package.

I would do the same if it were mine, when metal on metal is heard it will still stop. But when it’s a customers car things are not as simple.
Agreed, complete following of the maintenance manual callout, for customer cars. (y)

Yep, I can vouch for those EBC Red Stuff pads too!
