It's all new and 3 Gen. If you buy an old version from another company, there will be only heating but not cooling, only cooling but not heating, or will be intermittent. Older versions are cheap but have many problems. But Acarnavi only sells the latest version.
I am not at HSV now. If you are free, I can make an Video to show you our warehouse.
