Is 62,000 miles a lot for a Granturismo Sport 2015?

As bulletproof as these engines seem to be, I’d expect the GTs to be 200 K + mileage cars ..
I have 53 K miles on it and doing about 12 K miles annually, mostly on my daily commute, but I might retire next year and already thinking on how to keep up some decent amount of mileage on it…pity if it just sat around gathering dust most of the time . 😒. Maybe start planning for a bunch of road trips around the U.S.

I put 7,000 Km on the car since I bought it (mid-September 2021) I sure do hope these cars are as bulletproof as what other peeps here think they are :D so far I have 105000 Km on the odometer

I generally only drive about 10k miles a year total and until a month or so ago had three cars to drive. Down to 2 now though, the next year I should put more miles on it!! :)
I split time between my BMW X5 50i, BMW 535i sport pkg., and F355....i still put between 15k- 20k a year on the Masi. It's my road trip, machine of choice. (y)

Road trip, road trip, road trip my friend...I'm the king of road trips! That's where most of my mileage is accumulated. When more time opens up, avail yourself to it!

I'm planning on retiring pretty young next year too. One of my ideas is to do some nice long road trips. I'll probably eventually move from the NW where I live now so want to do some scouting in other areas of the country I've not been to yet (and some I have already been to.)

Was thinking about getting a small motor home or travel trailer but we'll see whether that happens or not.

One drive I have wanted to do for a long time is most if not all of Route 66. So that may be one I start planning before the end of next year sometime.

That's in my not too distant future too..... :)

The GF and I have been researching tiny homes, quite a bit. Her brother has a home with a gorgeous spread in Puget Sound. We have considered joining the 2...the tiny home with the Sound, that is. :p
We're avid hikers/campers so the NW is most likely where we'll end up. Your motor home/trailer idea is the way to go and one of the best ways to see this wonderful country of ours.

Bought mine with 33k, just turned 81k. Averaging 1k per month.
Replaced pads and rotors, front suspension bushings, plus regular service items (plugs, belts, filters, fluids)
Changed trans fluid and filter, and diff fluid 2x.
I get 10k miles from rear tires, 15k from fronts, almost down to the exact mileage.

Guys I'm looking at buying a new Maserati Granturismo.
The 3 I am currently looking at have 100,000km on the clock on average.
There are low mileage ones but the price jump is really really high.
Anyone here on the forum has a high mileage GT?
If yes, please share your experience.

Thanks,
Bazz
I would sooner buy a 7 year old car with 50K km on it than a 7 year old car with 5K km on it. A well driven and maintained car will always trump a trailer princess, unless of course you want a princess then go at it.

I've been trying to find a chunk of land to put up a Barndominium type place to act as home base. But any land has gone way up in value along with homes in this area. I'm still looking though. :) I would consider a tiny home too but would want a garage somewhere too.

I do not want to hijack this post so if you want to to chat about “life on the road” my wife and I spent 3 years living full time in a RV. DM me and we can chat.

We're of a like mind. I would only agree to a tiny home with a detached garage/workshop.
