Anyone had any contact with DG Eurospeed?

I bought DG Eurospeed spacers a year ago and and fitted them with no issues (even posted process details on here). 2 weeks ago I took the wheels off for a good scrub behind and was horrified at the state of the spacers. One had trashed my bolts and the other has the steel thread inserts sticking out (See picture).
I obviously want to discuss my lifetime warranty...I've emailed them twice, left voicemails and never get through to a human when calling. Has anyone here had any communication with them lately? Wondering if they have gone out of business.
Anyone else had spacer issues like this? (yes I used a torque wrench and no I haven't done any crazy driving)

Cheers,
John

This is why I don't run spacers, I say move forward without them, I used to run them and will never again because of all the problems and extra stress on the suspension.

I will contact them for you and pretend to want to purchase something expensive, If they are still in business they will be all over me, we will then know unequivocally that they are dodging you.

Thanks for trying Intrazel. Still nothing despite more emails and voicemails. Only conclusion is a recommendation to folks here to be very careful if considering using DGEuroSpeed. I suspect they are out of business...buyer beware as they say.

Sorry to hear about your troubles with them. Those spacers look scary. It looks like they used helicoil for threads in the aluminum, not pressed thread inserts. I run H&R spacers. I agree with Intrazel and even if you get ahold of them for replacements, I would not use spacers with helicoils.

Look at the threaded inserts on the H&R:

Sorry to hear about your troubles... wheel spacers are certainly a great upgrade when the quality is there.

We are the only company in the industry that builds wheel spacers with CNC Machined Stainless Steel Inserts set into T6061 Aircraft grade Aluminum. Our wheel spacer inserts are designed internally so that they can't pull through and they allow you to thread your steel factory wheel bolt into a steel threaded insert making the strongest connection possible.

In all the years we have been selling them, we have never had even a single failure of these wheels spacers or inserts. We have customers that regularly track their cars with these installed and they hold up beautifully.

It costs more money to build things this way but when you're installing them on your Maserati, it's worth every penny.

Please feel free to reach out to us with any questions, we'd be happy to help.

Gt Performance Wheel Spacers
