Then you're shit out of luck. If you want to take a second off of that car, it's going to take 100 hp or more. People suggested forced induction, you said you wanted to stay NA. I suggested nitrous, and you want the power over the broad spectrum (which mine is always on passive, and activates when it sees 100% throttle, then is progressive through the rpm range). I don't know what answers you were actually hoping, but there's no voodoo or magic spells that are going to get you there. Exhaust, tune, and DBW will make the car more responsive, sound better, and give some additional usable power, but nowhere near what you'll need to take a second off your 0-60. My only other suggestion would be all of the aforementioned mods, FD standard sized brakes (lightweight), FD wheels (lightweight), and a pair of DOT drag radials on the rear. Put the car on a diet, no more than 5 gallons of fuel on board, and dump everything you don't need, engine covers, back seat, door panels, etc. After all of that, with the right launch, you may be able to close in on that second.
