Yes! Most of the way through the shaping process. Then will tumble, bend and bead blast before marking the up and down.

I will post some pics as soon as I can.

Cheers!

Hello Guys,

Just a quick update. The parts are fully shaped, they have been through the tumbler but are still needing to be bent and blasted. The business got hit with an unexpected customer audit which froze the progress for over a week and now I have an impromptu business trip on the 19th. I will try to get them bent before I fly out but I will not be able to ship them. Also, the Alcantara still needs to come back from Laser cutting so that it can be attached behind the paddles. I plan on getting everything buttoned up when I get back from this trip. Everyone should get tracking numbers for their set fairly quickly after that.

Cheers!

Chris

Great Chris can't wait, I have been checking out other cars with paddles and I think these will be 10/10. I was amazed at the tiny paddles they have in the McLaren 720 s. You may have a market albeit small for that marque.

Yes but keep in mind that in the Mclarens, the paddles move with the steering wheel so they do not need to be large.

I just wanted to update everyone. I own a business in Minnesota and Puerto Rico. I was in PR during the recent Hurricane and got stuck for almost 3 weeks with very little communication. I just made it back to the mainland last night. I will provide everyone with the pictures I owe you as well as shipping updates once I can get that going.

Thanks for your patience.

Cheers!

Hello Guys. I apologize for the lack of response but there are no crickets here, I am still present!

Life was just really difficult the last few weeks. First with the hurricane keeping me in PR for 3 weeks then issues with my mother who lives there and is a dialysis patient. It caused many delays but I got that all settled and completed/engraved all four sets. I am waiting for the local guy who laser cut the alcántara pads for behind the paddles, he said I could pick them up on Monday. I will install them and ship all four at once. Everyone will get a tracking number from me once that happens (should be Tuesday). Everyone should receive their set by Friday of next week with the exception of Frari because he is outside the US (will be a week or so). I guarantee that you will not be disappointed.

I want to post pictures I uploaded to photobucket of the process but it will no longer let me do 3rd party hosting :/ I will have to transfer them from my phone into my computer and load them up the old fashion way.

Thank you for your patience and Cheers!

Chris

I'm outside the US too

Looking forward to getting these bolted on. The standard units are rather anemic when compared to the rest of the car!

Good work Chris.

Hi Chris and other paddle purchasers. Is there any update or photos of the paddles installed as some of you should have received them by now.
Chris did mention that they should be in the USA constituencies hands by Friday week ago, any news.
If they have been sent do you have a tracking number for me.

Hello Guys,

The guy took way longer to get me the laser cut pads than he said...actually, I showed up this last Friday and stood there while he cut them, otherwise it would've been another week. Turns out that because I did that, I got some pretty cool footage of the pads being cut. I also know I owed you guys pictures of the run of paddles so because I haven't been able to unlock my photobucket, I will attach them traditionally so you guys can look at them. I will get everyone their tracking numbers asap so they can track their packages. I hope you enjoy your paddles

Cheers!

Here is a pic of the laser cut alcantara pads when they were coming out of the machine. I wasn't able to upload the video of the cutting process.

Thanks for your patience. I will contact you individually with tracking numbers.

Cheers!
