HELP!! Locked keys in trunk!

Help i locked my keys in the trunk and the button in the glove box does not work. Is there a way to open the trunk manually?

tried removing rear seat and the trunk is sealed.

Try to get access to the wires from the button in the glove box and jump it, bypassing the switch. If just the switch is bad that should do it. The fuse is number 29 but if ur fuel door works when hitting the fuel door button then ur fuse is good cuz its the same fuse for both. Im hoping and betting ur switch is bad so maybe bypassing those wires will do it. I hope im rite for ur sake

Don't Panic! I've done that too in the past and figured out that if you unscrew the 3 screws above the license plate, (on the chrome segment where the license plate lights are) the whole lock cylinder segment becomes accessible. Then GENTLY use long needle nose pliars to reach up in the opening, pull the trunk lock cable to one side and unclick the lock.

Sounds odd, but it works. I've been unfortunate enough to have locked my keys in the trunk twice now in the past.

Great info but I might suggest that you delete and send via PM. Not good info to have floating out there for the unsavory types if you know what I mean.

Fantastic advice for sure with a very positive outcome but not the type of info you want floating out there for potential thieves to see. Sending via PM would be safer for everyone.

It's only the trunk, if it was to get in the door, I would be greatly concerned.

SO TRUE!

I live in San Francisco and It's been at least 3 months since I've seen either a coupe or a spyder.
