error code P2188 and P2190

Default error code P2188 and P2190
pulled the codes. Reader says, "system too rich." any idea what that means? check engine light is on and suggest i go to dealer. I would like to propose a different SUGGESTION

i do recall the manual discussing this point and mentioning that it's not good for the car to idle. when the engine is warm, it should not simply sit (running) for longer that 30 seconds to 1 minute. i have a 05QP

It means your wallet is too fat because you haven't put enough upgrades on your car.

I have never read that about the 30 second idle.... I should actually read this damn manual at least once shouldn't I?
