Default 2006 QP For Sale

I'm doing this reluctantly as I would rather 'let go' later in the year.... but, sometimes it takes time to 'bake a cake'...

Mine is a 2006 QP (Kodak film is at the developers' lab and will arrive soon)
19,800 miles today
Verde Foreste (green) with saddle/camel interior.
Quite a rare combination.... I have seen only 1 other

Always serviced (since 2000 miles) at Algar in Philadelphia
Originally sold by Cauley in Detroit... where I bought it.

Standard type QP..... no major problems..
New Battery last year
Pilot bearing replaced last year, when the clutch was inspected to reveal 80% remaining.

Of the miles, at least 50% were accumulated on my regular 9 hour drives from Phila to Lake Huron.. 550 miles each way.

Car is currently registered in the US (Pennsylvania) but domociled in SouthWestern Ontario, Canada.

Always winter stored.... rarely driven in rain.

All original, except for the badge removal from the trunk lid.
(Badge is available for reattaching if desired)

A Cdn buyer will benefit from this purchase...
If i import it and sell it, I will be taxed on the way in and then the sale will be taxed - again.
Better for the Cdn buyer to commit before importing and we both save money

Better yet, a US buyer and no hassles.

Reason for Sale:

1/ My US status will expire in Sept 2012... I will leave the continent.

2/ My life has changed since I bought the car... I now spend almost 6 months away from NoAmerica.
In fact the car sat for more than 6 months this past winter....

I intend to show it to Daytona in Toronto and Algar in Phila.... both are willing to put out 'the word'...

I have plenty of time if you need to 'sell one to buy one'....

Keep it mind... fire away with any questions...

(except asking for the photos.... I'm working on that.... going to a technical school at night to learn how to do it.)

All the little things come with it :

Battery tender
Wheel Hammocks = FlatStoppers
Cover

Its a great car... never let me down - except for an electrical leak that killed my battery once.

Never been driven over 125mph....... No track days

VIN #ZAMCE39A160022038

I will personally miss you as the battery tender in my GTC is named WW. Who would of thunk to buy one for a Maserati in the first place. Never used it, almost used it for a neigbors car but they had jumpers. Where are you moving?

We have a CooperS too.... Clubman.

Moving?
We have a house in the Dominican Republic and spend almost half the year there... so the "Buick" doesn't get as much use as it should.
It sat for 6 months this winter, snugly tucked into its little bed.

I won't go too far away .... somebody needs to hold Adler's hand

I think the combination of having a Cooper S and a Maserati is just incredible !

Adler flew last night from Miami to London-cool and raining here. Only saw one decent car on the journey from Heathrow into town and that was a Maserati Gran Cabrio in dark grey parked on a side street full of cars.

Hey, actually, you could easily hold Michael's hand in real life. The closest American city to the D.R. is Miami. Naples-Miami, not far away.

Do you have plans to be in Miami from time to time? Many of us live in South Florida, may be a gathering someday...

We have friends near Jupiter.... my wife gets "island fever" every 30-40 days and goes there.
I seem to be able to make it.... 4 months straight this year - Jan to May.

Thats our main house - with the dogs , etc.

So I rarely see Miami.... it s a thought 'though

What if I ship my car down to the get-together and one of you boys buy it !!???

You could take turns sitting in the front and the back with a cocktail - only cocktails in the rear, of course !!

Sounds like a plan, Stan. Just make sure you leave the car with a tank full of the premium!
