Hello to all.

I have just closed on an 06 GT and will be taking delivery in a couple of weeks. I'm located in Westchester, just north of NYC and would appreciate any advice on a good mechanic who's trustworthy and reasonably priced.

I've owned several Italian cars and have often found a good craftsman to be preferable over the dealerships.

Any suggestions?

Try Carlos at Classic Coach in Elizabeth 908 352 3939 or Steve at New Vernon Coach and Motor Works in Morristown 973 425-0700. Both are in NJ but within 20 miles of NYC.

I heartily recommend universal autosports. Give anthony simone a call, hes the service manager and will take care of you. This is the first and only shop i have to say that has been as honest as they have and i trust them completely to do the right thing amd take care of my babies. Luigi and joe are hands down some of the best guys to work on these cars on the east coast. When ferrari long island cant get it done they send them here. Very straight guys, the best ive ever dealt with, really.
