Maybe, maybe not.... first disconnect the battery at the terminal, use a trickle charger to bring the battery back to full health or just replace the battery if you know it's due (again though, use a trickle charger on the new battery if necessary, you want full power when you reconnect). Next, reconnect the battery and see if the problem persists. You'll need to reset clocks / settings / radio code / etc
There are known issues with this car where having an electrical system failure message is due to having a low battery or problems with the battery or charging system. This can also cause other problems and may be causing your suspension to fail the self test.
So, first fix your "electrical system failure" message, then if you have more problems, let us know and we can help trouble shoot those. But for now, you want to address that first.
