Cool Exhaust Tips

Recently I purchased a 2012 Maserati Granturismo S I LOVE this car! I was curious about the exhaust tip change in the 2012 model from twin oval to quad. So, I went back to the dealer and asked the sales guy. He said some 2012 GTS models have been made with the quads until these parts are used up then they'll start making the models with the oval exhaust tips. Is this true? The quad tips sound great, no worry there. (Some threads also say that the quad sounds better than twin but I don't know if this is true?) So, my question is two fold: Which exhaust tip sounds better and which one do you think looks cooler on the GTS - twin oval or quad?

Obviously a personal preference. My 2011 QP Sport GTS has the twin ovals which I much prefer. The reason they went to quad pipes for the 2012 model year was to standardize the exhausts for all their cars, at least that is what a dealer told me.
