I have a 2008 GT, and I'm looking for tips on caring for the interior, especially the leather. Are there any official guidelines from Maserati, or good rules of thumb to follow? Do I need to treat the leather at all?

Yes, you do need to treat the leather to keep it supple, clean and like new condition. Iuse Bluemagic leather conditioner but any leather conditioner will probably due fine. I treat the leather every time i wash the car to keep the interior in good condition. Sunnyslopepa |

Only use leather cleaner when actually dirty. Plenty of leather care products out there. I like Connolly's Hide Food.

lots of great interior conditioners/cleaners....the deciding factor for me comes down to what the product " smells" like.

I tried the Meguiars gold class rich leather spray one time recently and I can't say I was really happy with that. I'm looking for another option. Sorry for an additional question, but should one use a leather cleaner/conditioner on the dash and door panels as well?

I use 303 protectant on anything non leather in the car. As an avid boaters this stuff is great at protecting from UV rays.

Leatherique appears to be a popular choice in the forum. I've yet to try it, but will be ordering some soon and post my opinion.
