What's this part of my exhaust...?

2013 GranCabrio Sport.

The shiny bit at the top (front) are Larini Sport Cats but the rest is stock.

Is that an X-pipe? H-pipe?

Or just the part they cobbled together after lunchtime on Friday?

So some of the stock GT exhausts have x-pipe's and some don't? I see a lot of discussion abut buying them aftermarket, not least from FD.

What does it actually do..?
