2007 Maserati Quattroporte Electrical System - Temp Gauge Light blinks Red
Hello fellow drivers,
Question - hope someone can help or direct me in the right direction. I have a 2007 Maserati Quattroporte. From time to time the red light on the dashboard temp gauge blinks red...when I first drive the car, and it has been warm weather. After normal driving for a while over a 1-2 days it goes away, but then happens again. Dealer said electrical system and that check could be anywhere from 1 to 3 hours. I'm curious if anyone has experienced electrical issues and could shed some light on this?
Secondly, as this is a performance car, and I drive back and forth a 1-2m a day, does anyone experience the Maserati not feeling like it performs as well as it should, shifting wise? On extended drives and highway car operates much better. Wondering if I should be overly concerned or not?
Dealer fees alone are worth the reason to ask Q/explore first. Thanks!
