Default 2002 Spyder question

Does anyone know with any certainty if a 2003 Spyder roof with the glass rear window (as well as all pumps and brackets) would fit in place of my 2002 Spyder roof (currently with the plastic rear window)? I have an opportunity to buy the entire assembly for about $1400. Roof appears to be in great shape, and all mechanics are in good working order. The only downside is that the roof is black where my current roof (and interior) is blue.
Black goes with everything right??? LOL
Thoughts?

A friend of mine got a quote of $16,000 to upgrade his 02. Legitimate shop in Portland Or. It can be done. If not, this shop would not have quoted the job.

Thanks for your replies. I figured it would be possible, and at a cost of only $1400 for the complete roof, it's almost a no brainer. BUT I just don't want to commit to it and find out I need to take a welders torch to the car or something. It is mighty tempting though!
Thanks again!
