Guys need your help !!

My 05 QP shown " Airbag System Failure , Do not proceed " , From the SD3 the fault shows " Passenger Head Airbag " Fault

I would like to check where is this Passenger Head airbag is ?

As EM says they are not sure either and is going to strip down the entire's car airbag just to find it, which i find its going to be a waste of a lot of man hours if its just a loose clip or fuse some where.

Hope someone can advise

thanks

You DO need to also bring your Singapore driving licence as some rental companies would WANT to see it during your car collection .

Just go to AA at River Valley Road with 2 or 3 passport size photos to convert it . Takes about 15 mins if little or no queue .

Pretty sure that you do not want to reach Italy with all your plannings and have the car rental company refusing to allow you to collect your rental car without an international licence .
Ok, in that case, better play safe and get the IDP and Spore licence! Thanks a lot for the advice!

Wah lao, scary la you... next time they put you on Interpol list as serial speedster then you know! So, are they charging the fines to your card, or you already cancelled your card??? Hehe

Italy quite strict on speed limit, especially in their current fiscal condition. i'll pass you my GPS, comes with TomTom traffic conditions update and speed camera alert.
Yeah, I'll bring both! Wah, your GPS has speed camera alert too? Cool! No hurry, I'm going in late Sept, so will get the GPS from you nearer to the date...Thanks a lot!

Sorry, no technical knowledge to provide any advice. But last time my parking sensor light just stayed on after a minor "kissing" incident, EM helped me to reset it and adjusted my front bumper alignment at the same time. I think shouldn't cost much although they sound like they are going to do a lot - maybe 1 or 2 hrs' work, which would come up to maybe abt $300 ex GST.

Best bring back to authorised workshop? Don't know if there's ain't failsafe mechanism that disable car from running due to airbag failure

I tink EM can be trusted, if they need to dismantle than be it. another option is to bring it to HS which i dont really advise. sometimes the error just appear but will disappear for good, aging sensors i guess. and also most times u can simply ignore those errors, unless going to sell the car.

i remember there was once the gearbox error came on, scare the shit of of me also my car keep on having the front side indicator blowing and the error will come on, after changing the bulb twice, i learn to ignore it.

my personal advice is to fix airbag related issues. if the airbag warning light is on, the airbag wouldn't deploy in the event of a collision. safety issue, best to get fixed.
