Another query, one of my buttons is starting to get sticky, would Hong Seh replace it under their warranty?

On the ECC, I don't mind finding out more, please do send me details.
hong seh will have a replacement kit for you if under warranty. they told me they have a kit ordered for my car but the parts they wanted to change i said no need still in good condition, i rather wait till near warranty end then change

i have tubi on my qp . came with the car when i bought it .i think tubis are more bassy and prone to drone at low rpms. larinis i believe are sharper pitch more baritone which i personally prefer. best to check out the numerous youtube clips and decide. for larini call gary of exquisite marques 92358911.he can also handle routine work for masers.

for rims i think its probably most cost effective to look for a preowned set.stock qp sport gt wheels are 20" n i think maybe gt 20" wheels may also fit.ask ben and gary sometimes within their circle of maser customers they might know of an available set.

for insurance try anika brokers who specialise in exotic car insurance. call swan yin 62227881x962, if you like driving your qp the way it should be , think about joining the exoticars club, special benefits for club members for insurance gotten from anika too. pm your details if u wld like to join .
Hi everyone

A quick update following the very helpful comments above:

I had the Larini rear sport mufflers fitted at Exquisite Marques. These are absolutely fantastic and a huge improvement over the standard exhausts. When I went to collect the car, the mechanic started it up whilst I was standing behind it; he then blipped the accelerator a few times. His comment as he got out of the car was "now it sounds like a Maserati, right?". Oh yes!

After a couple of months with these I have now decided to go louder, so have ordered the Larini X pipe. I have also ordered a bunch of other (tidy-up) parts along with a new set of 20" Sport GT rims - all from Exquisite Marques. I am really looking forward to having these fitted, I think the car just does not look right on the standard 18" rims.

All in, I really would recommend the Larini exhaust system. It has a great note and really does justice to the engine without being too loud inside. The only problem with this is that I always drive the car with the windows open as I want to hear more! Hopefully, the X pipe will help address this without going too loud - I'll keep you posted.

Thanks again to Kopiokosong for the orginal post above.

@ Vinkcen2233 : Formula Dynamics - / / / FORMULA DYNAMICS - MASERATI, FERRARI & LAMBORGHINI SPECIALISTS / / /

We do offer OEM and aftermarket shock absorbers, springs, swaybars, etc to fit your car. Just shoot us an email with the detials: info@formuladynamics.com and we'll get you pricing on the setup you're after!

@ sds:
The Springs are quite different between the GT-S and SportGT models. It's true that fixed perch models are available for both but they are still quite different.

Yes, shifting in manual mode with the center stick and the paddles are the same on the GranTurismo Auto & QP Auto. Essentially, you're just requesting the transmission to make the shift. Add a Drive By Wire Enhancement and you'll be suprised at the difference though!

Ben Low has been providing good service to our customers at BK Garage. Otherwise, we've heard good things about Exquisite Marques as well and I wouldn't be suprised if you can soon install FD products there.

Guys, my GranSport is in Dubai but would love an opportunity to hitch a ride with one of you next time u do a run to Malaysia...I was there last wkend for F1...good times.

This week, on my walk from my apartment building at One North Gateway towards INSEAD's campus I saw a very very sweet Black Granturismo 4.2 (gray 19" factory wheels) and smoked taillights drive by...does this belong to one of you?
