This is a hard to find steering wheel, made in Italy by F.I.V. Secura, which is the same manufacture making the most desirable Shelby Mustang EFFPI steering wheel. This style steering wheel was originally sold as an aftermarket wheel by authorized dealers only. It was designed with a removable center hub to fit different make vehicles. It keeps many same specs as the EFFPI wheel, and yet differs from the Shelby Version in a few ways; it is 15" in diameter (actually metric and about 1/8" short of 15"), the spokes do not have the black tabs as with the 66 or 67 Shelby wheels, and, of course, the removable center hub. Despite the differences from a Shelby version one, this F.I.V. SECURA steering wheel is popular to be used on vintage VW Bug, Maserati, Porche, Mustang Shelby...etc. Feb. 2012
